Roxann Brown has a background in construction management, residential and commercial rehabilitation, gut rehabs, and property redevelopment. She is passionate about using her construction management and redevelopment experience to revitalize distressed properties, improve communities, create quality housing opportunities, and help redevelopment projects move successfully from planning through completion. Roxann particularly enjoys using her project management, construction oversight, and problem-solving skills to help transform underutilized properties into valuable community assets.
Prior to joining the South Suburban Land Bank & Development Authority in 2025, Roxann worked in operations, logistics, purchasing, and construction-related management, including roles with Safer Foundation and Reconstruction Technology Partners (RTP), where she managed operations, coordinated purchasing and logistics, and supported construction-related projects. Roxann currently serves as Construction Manager with the South Suburban Land Bank & Development Authority.
