Richard brings an extensive background in property management, real estate development, and construction to the South Suburban Land Bank. He is passionate about applying his expertise to further the Land Bank’s mission and deepen its positive impact across local communities. What Richard enjoys most is overseeing the complete lifecycle of a project—taking it from initial concept to final completion.

Prior to joining the South Suburban Land Bank team, Richard operated as an independent developer and contractor. In his current role, he serves as Property Manager for the Land Bank, managing ongoing preservation and property operations.
