Moses E. Hall has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, investment sales, municipal real estate advisory, property disposition, and community-focused redevelopment. He is passionate about using strategic real estate solutions to return underutilized properties to productive use, attract responsible investment, expand economic opportunity, and strengthen communities throughout Chicago South Suburbs. Moses particularly enjoys using market analysis, asset positioning, and public-private collaboration to connect municipalities and property owners with qualified buyers, investors, developers, and community partners.

Prior to joining the South Suburban Land Bank, Moses founded MoHall Commercial & Urban Development, a Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, where he serves as CEO and Designated Managing Broker. He has advised municipalities, property owners, investors, and community organizations on more than $100 million in commercial real estate transactions and redevelopment assignments. Moses holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and currently serves as Real Estate Advisor to the South Suburban Land Bank. Moses E. Hall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Columbia College Chicago.
